This is a spacious one storey country house located in a rural area, but very close to towns and beaches. It has a lot of potential and lovely views over the hills. It is completely ‘off the grid’ using photo voltaic panels for electricity and a borehole for water. There is plenty of water and also a large lake that is filled with rainwater. This could be converted to a natural swimming pool. There is a back-up diesel generator for particularly cloudy days which also trickle charges the batteries. This is not often necessary.
The house comprises three bedrooms, a large bathroom, open plan lounge / dining / kitchen, an office / study or spare bedroom and a beautiful light living room looking out onto a pretty courtyard with a bread oven and water tank-come-splash pool with super views.
