This beautiful villa is set within a large, elevated plot surrounded by mature gardens containing large palm trees, a beautiful selection of flowers and plants, an expanse of lawn and its very own orange grove. The same stained-glass window is visable as you ascend to the first floor which is entered through decorative, forged double gates. There is a family bathroom - the largest in the house and the third bedroom. This room has two patio doors and a wrap-around, L-shaped balcony. To the right of the stairs there is a spacious living room with access to the conservatory and the 4th en-suite bedroom.

Outside, the large pool is south facing and a few steps from here descend to a built-in barbecue area with a fixed dining table. Surrounded by bougainvillea growing around the beautiful archways - this perfectly frames the stunning coastal views.

Around the main house there are various external storage rooms for the gas bottles, swimming pool pump and wood storage etc. A poolside house has a changing room with shower and there is an entrance to a small gym with sauna and a wine cellar with its own cooling system and temperature control.
