Gramacho is superbly located between the fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, a short drive from both of these beaches.
Entering the apartment on the first floor by key code you enter to the hallway with a family bathroom with rain shower on the right and fully fitted kitchen with high end appliances on the left. In the kitchen there is a serving hatch through to the living/dining room. The living room has plenty of space for a dining table and furniture and it is tastefully decorated. Patio doors lead out to a private balcony with open views of the countryside.
Heading down the stair case to the ground floor there is an en-suite bedroom with patio doors and private balcony. Taking the stair case up to the second floor there is another bedroom again with patio doors leading to another private balcony.
