This lovely 3 bedroom villa is located in the quiet town of Algoz, only a short drive from the large Guia shopping center and many lovely beaches. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac offering peace and tranquility.

A pool and gym are located on the urbanization 100m from the property where, for a monthly fee, you can utilize an outside pool and full gym facilities.

The property is walled and also has mature bushes around the perimeter. A wooden manual gate gives access to a single car driveway and a door on the side of the property gives access directly to the kitchen. The garden wraps around the property and is relatively low maintenance with olive trees in the front, a patio area with plenty of space for a table and chairs and there is also a lawned area to the side.

Entering the property directly into the open plan ground floor, you will find to your right the living and dining room and will notice the high ceiling and beautiful wooden beams above. A mezzanine looks down on you from above the kitchen and another looks down from the far wall. On open staircase sweeps up to the first floor. The living room is very ample with a fireplace which has the bonus of heating your water. There is also a central heating system and air conditioning throughout. To the left of the entrance is a breakfast bar, which divides the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen is beautifully decorated in green tones and has solid wooden countertops giving an American feel. The cooker is set into an alcove and the kitchen is very well designed and practical. To the rear of the kitchen you will find a room which doubles as a pantry and laundry room. Here you will also find the previously mentioned door that leads outside to the driveway.

From the living room below the staircase, a few steps lead up to a corridor and the first room you will find here is a family bathroom with shower. The following room is the first bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and views to the garden. Another bathroom, much bigger in size and with a bath tub, is followed by the second bedroom which is currently un-used. This room also has fitted wardrobes and a private garden terrace.

Heading up the sweeping staircase and turning left, you will find a lovely little area currently used as a reading area, study and art studio. This looks down over the ground floor. To the right of the staircase you will find the master bedroom which is very spacious, has those lovely beams on the ceiling and a second room that leads off from it which is currently used as gym. A balcony from here looks down over the dining area. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and there is also an area floor to ceiling for shoes storage. The master bathroom is ample with not only a bath, but also a walk in shower.

This is a very reasonably priced property taking in to account all its beautiful features. Viewing highly recommended.
