The top level is the hotel, the ground floor from the road is the restaurant and the lower ground floor at the rear is the events room and pool. The property is gated and walled on both sides. This is a successful business which is frequented by locals and tourists alike. Established in 2004 and after many years of success, the owner now wishes to retire.

The top floor consists of 4 rental units:

Entering the restaurant from the road, directly into the large dining room licensed to seat 40 guests with large leather chairs and solid tables. The décor is modern as well as the fixtures and fittings. To the left you will find a fully equipped bar with two rooms behind it, currently used as glass wash, drinks storage and office. To the right is the kitchen, which is ample in size and fully equipped. There is a storage room, cop wash area with hatch to dining room. Also a smaller kitchen area for food preparation with an exterior door to the road for receiving products.

A set of stairs lead down to the lower ground level. To the rear of the dining room you will find the disabled toilets, and stairs leading down to the other two bathrooms on the lower ground level. There are 4 patio doors leading out to the large sea view terrace which is half covered from the upper floor offering shade. The terrace is licensed to seat a further 40 guests. Both dining rooms are very spacious and leave plenty of room in between tables.

The lower ground level consists of the before mentioned bathrooms, plus a storage room, two staff changing rooms with wc and shower rooms. The events room is beautifully decorated and seats around 100+ guests with a fully equipped bar and an alcove for buffets. 3 large windows allow light to flood in and three doors give access to the pool and second terrace.

The basement holds a large garage with space for 4 cars accessed from a road at the rear of the property. Here you will also find the laundry area.
