A traditional Portuguese house integrated in the landscape with its walls of stone, restored to have all the most modern comfort, situated on the slope of a small mountain. It has a large covered terrace with a small pool to cool down on the hottest summer days, this is a fantastic sitting area both during the day and during the night.

The house has traditional thick stone walls, which offers an great thermal protection for the heat. With 4 bedrooms, the house has two kitchens, which allow to split into two independent parts. In one part we have a dining room, kitchen with a traditional oven, a large bedroom with en-suite, with a south facing terrace and an outside shower. In the other part of the house we have a large living room with a beautiful log burner, 2 bedrooms, with a third one being used as an office, bathroom, a large kitchen and a dining room.

In the house a room was preserved with exposed stone walls, which serves as storage and has access to the huge roof terrace where the solar panel is located. The septic tank is in the northern part of the plot and the borehole is situated by the river that passes near the property. The automatic irrigation system is well designed and dimensioned. Behind the house there is a support wall to ensure that there is no moisture through the slope. The roofs were all redone, with traditional tile providing waterproof and thermal insulation throughout the house.
There is an approval for the construction of a swimming pool.
